Yes! All message filtering happens online on our secure servers. AI Spam Blocker sends your messages to Montiguard servers for processing, but we have a zero retention policy—we do not store any message-related data. If a message is incorrectly categorized, you can report it for investigation, and we'll only keep it with your explicit consent, after removing any personal data. Your privacy is our top priority.

Yes! Contacts saved in your iPhone's Contacts app are automatically whitelisted and will never be filtered. You can also customize filtering rules in the app settings.
